Tired of being capped on hours? Tired of heavy lifting jobs? How about a job opportunity that has plenty of gravy!! Subaru Stamford is in search for an experienced Technician dedicated to repairing vehicle for our Preowned Superstore.
We inspect over 100 vehicles monthly. 90% of the repairs are maintenance driven on multiple brands.
Our shop looks to grow with our employees and will not cap flat rate hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Monday-Friday schedule, weekends off
Employee will be compensated $35 to $40 per hour for their rigorous labor and expertise, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or check.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and / or replace various components in customer vehicles
- Be able to quickly diagnose any tools and equipment associated with the job
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner
- Follow safety and maintenance protocols
- Utilize computer and technical diagrams to make repairs
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Clean and organize work space
- Track and record all tasks performed
- Keep work area clear from debris
- Follow ethical protocols and company values
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a certified technician / skilled laborer
- Currently certified in the appropriate stage of the Subaru, or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work safely
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately unsupervised
- Own technician tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred not mandatory
