Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and rehabilitation services to patients in need.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to promote physical recovery
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies
Qualifications :
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in hospital medicine, geriatrics, acute care, and orthopedics preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
