Job Description : Fraser is seeking caring, compassionate individual with a mentor-minded approach to join our team as Kitchen Assistants / Classroom Aides.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of children by providing support in both the kitchen and classroom settings.

Requirements :

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications that Fraser provides.
• CFPM certification preferred
• Experience working in early childhood preferred
• Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the assistant teacher and / or teacher in caring for children.
• Support children with personal care needs as required.
• Assist with daily activities and routines.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to children.
• Monitor supply needs and communicate supply needs.

Location, Pay, Schedule

• Fraser School, Richfield, MN
• $14.00 to $15.50 per hour
• Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 : 00 am -5 : 30 pm (Open to a later start). Part time shift with the option to moving into a Classroom Aide position
