The Account Manager Representative role is a key player in the sales process. This position supports the development of new business and the day-to-day sales activities within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that possesses a passion for selling products and services in a fast-paced environment.

You should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

An industry-leading compensation package that includes weekly commissions, weekly and monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and additional incentives which leads to a First Year OTE of $100,000 (Commission + Bonus)

Skills :

  • Must be comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision.
  • Must be able to work in an in-office setting.
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
  • Accepting inbound calls or making outbound calls.
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

This position would be a good fit for anyone with prior sales , customer service , healthcare , hospitality , claims , benefits , or consulting experience.

Your typical day will include :

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, and process customer accounts.
  • Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information.
  • Work with any claims that your customers make on the policy.
  • Education and information on all plans available in the market.
  • Navigate the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
  • Performing any other responsibilities as required for the role.
