Construction Accountant
Our client is an established real estate development firm with a proven growth track record and a stable background. They are looking to add a Construction Accountant to their team.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$90k
Position Overview :
As the Construction Accountant, you would oversee and handle all accounting-related activities with new construction projects being developed.
Responsibilities of the Construction Accountant :
- Analyze all AP invoices
- Has vast knowledge of and reviews all accounting related to new construction projects
- Job costing as the Construction Accountant
- Legal documents review
- Assist with journal entries and preparing financial statements
- Analyze financials
- Insurance coverage management
- Fixed assets and developments
Qualifications for the Construction Accountant :
4+ years of construction accounting experience
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
