Responsibilities :

  • Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Review customer orders for accuracy and inspect products for compliance with specifications.
  • Measure and document light output, and verify labeling accuracy.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and maintain records of results, including reworks and wastes.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and monitor equipment use for safety and proper operation.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in product inspection and quality control processes.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications and ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and maintaining calibration standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with reviewing work orders and bills of materials.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with regulatory labeling inspections.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols for equipment use.
  • Ability to propose improvements to production processes.
  • Skilled in raw material inspection and defect identification.
  • Experience in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
