Responsibilities :
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
- Review customer orders for accuracy and inspect products for compliance with specifications.
- Measure and document light output, and verify labeling accuracy.
- Conduct in-process inspections and maintain records of results, including reworks and wastes.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and monitor equipment use for safety and proper operation.
Qualifications :
- Experience in product inspection and quality control processes.
- Ability to interpret product specifications and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and maintaining calibration standards.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with reviewing work orders and bills of materials.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with regulatory labeling inspections.
- Knowledge of safety protocols for equipment use.
- Ability to propose improvements to production processes.
- Skilled in raw material inspection and defect identification.
