Project Architect - Job Description (On Site)
Prerequisites
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 4-7 years' experience in the AEC industry
- Workplace experience preferred but not required.
- Professional accreditation in Architecture required.
Qualifications
- Outstanding in REVIT
- Strong communication / collaboration and time management skills
- Proficient in basic enterprise software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experience working on teams for projects with budgets +$5m.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Produces project deliverables using REVIT.
- Leads building code & zoning reviews, design, and detailing.
- Coordinates with project leaders to complete tasks within project budget and schedule
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
- May have some interaction with clients and consultants.
- May manage small / medium projects independently with significant input from Project Leaders.
