Our client, a leading fitness studio, is seeking a passionate Fitness Studio Manager with experience in managing operations at a Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, or Cycle studio.
The Fitness Studio Manager will oversee daily client relations, facility management, and front desk team scheduling. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to foster an energetic, community-driven environment focused on health and fitness.

Salary : Up to $75K annually DOE

Key Responsibilities :
Client Service
- Provide outstanding hospitality and a warm studio environment for every client
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Address and resolve client concerns, handle service-related emails, and manage booking requests
- Support marketing efforts through client events and promotions
- Collaborate on strategies for new client acquisition and retention
- Actively contribute to the studio community and foster a positive environment daily
Staff Management
- Recruit, hire, and train front desk and client service associates
- Schedule front desk team and oversee staffing needs
- Lead, manage, and develop a positive, motivated, and efficient team
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for staff members
- Conduct performance feedback and evaluations for the front desk team
Operations
- Oversee all studio functions to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the studio to uphold high facility standards
- Serve as the main contact for any facility-related issues
- Coordinate and manage studio maintenance with third-party vendors
- Manage inventory supplies, perform monthly reconciliations, and ensure inventory control
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Must have experience working at a Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Crossfit or Boxing Studio
- Proactive leader with strong organizational, people, and delegation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to react quickly and effectively
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, multitask, and handle multiple priorities
Work Requirements :
- Availability for a five-day work week, including one weekend day
- Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must live on the west-side / south bay of Los Angeles
