Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Improvement Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our home improvement projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager / Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that our clients’ visions are brought to life on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate all phases of home improvement projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project goals are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.
Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of home improvement products and services is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
