We are seeking a Desktop Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent work ethic, and outstanding customer service skills.
You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and hardware, while providing top-notch support for our end users.
This is a hands-on role, fully onsite, ensuring that the company's IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
- Provide support for user account management, including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware / software issues related to LAN / WAN connectivity and operating systems.
- Offer end-user support for all LAN-based applications.
- Recommend and schedule repairs as needed.
- Install and configure workstations to meet user requirements.
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
- Experience supporting LAN / WAN connectivity and operating systems.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
