Cryopak is an innovative, cold chain & temperature-controlled packaging solutions manufacturer, for pharmaceutical, life science, biotech, food, and electronic companies.

Cryopak helps to maintain the integrity of our customer’s products through the design, testing and manufacturing of packaging and materials for shipping cold chain products.

We also provide the hardware and software for temperature verification along the distribution process

The Sales Support Specialist provides general office and receptionist duties for the Edison facility, as well as, administrative support for the Sales Department.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities) :

• Enter purchase orders into Globe database. Send out order acknowledgements, tracking information, credit card receipt, etc. to the customer.
• Liaison between sales reps and customer. Provide any questions customers have, ship date, account balances, etc. until the order is shipped.
• Process all credit cards, including up-to-date sales orders, past due invoices, and / or accepting all calls to pay an invoice.
• Managing some of the major accounts, we have.
• Welcome visitors, and transfer phone calls.
• Copy, mail and file invoices and shipping documents.
• Keep track of PO’s, for billing purposes.
• Month end, make sure all shipments that were supposed to ship, do and / or receiving all paperwork to be received in. Assist with pulling invoices and forwarding the customer to be up-to-date with payments.
• Process Cash Receipts : Receive & organize the checks received in the mail, total up the deposits and post the deposits in Globe to the respective customer accounts.

In addition, generate and maintain customer reports and pull supporting document for audit.

• SalesForce entering all new leads from website and / or from tradeshows.
• Maintain files / quotes for sales team. Assist with any other misc. projects as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications) :

High school diploma

1-3 years prior administrative / clerical experience

Ability to read and write English
