confirm the injured worker (IW) location, obtain the current medical status, communicate appropriate information to facilitate Field Case Manager (FCM) onsite hospital visits, and maintain communication with the appropriate contacts until the FCM arrives onsite.

This is a 32 hour per week position covering triage for the Crisis Care Department during business hours; 6am-9pm Central Time.

In addition, one weekend, Saturday 6am-Monday 6am on call per month is mandatory. Occasional weekend, evening, overnight, and holiday on call coverage is required to meet department PTO needs.

e. assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation when triaging calls.+ Identifies life-threatening emergencies and recommends appropriate interventions.

Adheres to quality assurance standards.+ Serves as resource to triage team members. EDUCATION AND LICENSING Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.

Active unrestricted RN compact licensure required along with two year (2) years of recent clinical practice experience. Should be proficient in multiple screens and multiple computer applications.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location.

For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $65,000. Always accepting applications.
