Responsibilities
and Duties :
- Process new account paperwork and manage daily operational tasks.
- Serve as the Account Service and client service representative for back-office needs.
- Coordinate with the Trading Department to ensure accurate processing of incoming paperwork.
- Track, verify, create, and save reports for all incoming documents.
- Guide new Representatives through the onboarding process, including account paperwork, trade allocations, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships by resolving inquiries and updating key information.
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including phone coverage and coordination of back-office functions, as well as maintaining the CRM and other technical systems.
Requirements :
- Minimum of three years' experience in the Financial / Investment Industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills.
