You will lead improvements in manufacturing quality, capacity, and stability through solving problems, developing solutions, and executing strategies.

Schedule : Monday - Friday : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm. Some overtime (weekend shifts) may be required based on business needs.

50 / hour, plus a $1.50 / hr shift differential $32.00 / hr.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.

Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.

Coaches operators / assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup / breakdown as needed.

Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.Required Knowledge and Experience : Requires advanced knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through broad work experience and / or education.

Requires minimum of 8 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $47,600.00 - $71,400.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $30.50 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
