The Director, IBRANCE Global Marketing leads Real World Evidence (RWE) and Patient Strategy and plays a critical role in driving global performance and leading strategic marketing activities.
The position requires strong leadership experience, strategic and analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional agility, and maturity to successfully navigate and influence multiple teams.

ROLE SUMMARY :
Reporting to the IBRANCE Team Leader, Global Marketing & Commercial Development for Pfizer Oncology, the IBRANCE Senior Manager will provide commercial support on key activities and projects initiated by the IBRANCE Team.
He / she will operate across the functions and regions in the Oncology organization and within Pfizer. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid strategic and analytical thinking, someone who is a self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities, has attention to detail, can collaborate across the enterprise, and will learn from and improve upon existing processes and develop / implement new processes, where appropriate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Own RWE commercial strategy, working with Global Medical, US and International Commercial Office
Partner with HCP Strategy Lead on integration of RWE into overall IBRANCE strategy, including partnering on Operating Plan and owning RWE-specific Tactical Plan
Prioritize studies for promotional content development and lead development of key prioritized RWE core content packages
Drive innovation on behalf of the IBRANCE team, partnering with countries and regions, and / or Pfizer groups (Chief Marketing Office, Pfizer Digital, etc.)
Develop Global RWE Advocacy Platform in partnership with Global Corporate Affairs team
Partner with Global Patient Experience Team to syndicate unbranded RWE education content development and own development of any additional unbranded patient education assets
Design and execute Breast Cancer Awareness Month internal communications in partnership with Global Corporate Affairs
Own and manage BreastCancerVision.com, a global unbranded website featuring resources for patients, PAGs, and care team members
Partner with Corporate Affairs on collaboration with ABC Global Alliance
Lead strategic cross-brand and above-brand breast cancer efforts, partnering with cross-functional breast cancer colleagues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree required and 10 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
Global, regional, or country in-line marketing experience required
Strong analytical and strategic skills including creativity and effectiveness in identifying and prioritizing strategic challenges and balancing short term needs with long-term vision
Ability to uncover insights, synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions and make recommendations
Strong track record collaborating across functions and effectively leading by influence
Proven ability to proactively lead the thinking - connect, communicate, influence and persuade others and to perform effectively in a complex and changing environment.
Maturity, flexibility, and confidence to lead in a multi-cultural setting
Hands-on experience managing agencies to produce high impact programs and communications
Be a team player, patient-obsessed, results-driven, and focused on Pfizer values
Conducts all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, and global and local regulations.

US in-line experience, or Global experience including significant US partnership preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.
