Salary : $25-$27 / hour DOE
Medical Biller
Our client is a multi-site psychiatric practice seeking an experienced ad full-time VOB and medical billing specialist for our billing department.
Our ideal candidate will :
- Be familiar with medical billing
- Have strong critical thinking and executive function skills
- Have strong time management skills
- Be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational skills
- Be able to interface with our patients and staff in the utmost professional manner.
- Execute tasks with a high level of accuracy
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Expert knowledge in Verification of Patient benefits and fielding insurance issues
- Be responsible for the billing that is submitted for assigned offices
- Be able to create patient invoices and superbills
Required :
- MINIMUM 2 years’ experience in medical billing and / or verification of benefits
- Knowledge using Microsoft Suite (Excel / Word / Etc)
- EMR / EHR experience (Valant or EPIC is a plus!)

Job Type : Full Time (40 hours per week)
Job Location : ON SITE Pasadena, CA. Your position will be onsite and based out of our Pasadena headquarters.
Hours : This department is open from 7 : 30am 6pm.
