Job Description
The Home Care Technician is responsible for :
- Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed promptly & to the highest standard of quality
- Effectively communicating with clients
- Addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Maintaining complete and accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and updates preformed
- Handyman tasks
- Supply management
- Trade coordination

The Successful Applicant
The Home Care Technician will have :
- 3+ years of residential construction or renovation experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Self-motivated & can work independently
