Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We are open to candidates working in a remote capacity but willing to visit HQs as needed.

How You’ll Make An Impact
The Senior Retail Media Campaign Specialist will play an essential role in our in-house media team to build and execute large-scale retail media campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for business growth.
This role will be responsible for executing and delivering best-in-class performance in the Retail Media channel. This role will collaborate with management and team members to plan, oversee, and execute day-to-day campaign activities as it relates to retail media partners.
This will include but not be limited to Walmart Connect & Amazon Vendor Central. The role will deliver reporting, insights, and projects on time and within budget, supporting the team with flawless execution.
In the role, you would be responsible for :
Planning and executing retail media campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development, and managed and budget pacing.
Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our goals.
- Using the latest technology and best practices to build strategic automation into campaign management and reporting. This will include the ability to present reports and learnings to C-Suite level executives.
- Recommend adjustments in keyword strategies, targeting, touchpoints, and assets to improve retail media performance.
- Keeping pace with retail media industry trends and developments. Use the latest technology and best practices to build strategic automation into campaign management and reporting.
- Communication with team and management on campaigns, timelines, and results. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive a unified customer experience.
- Liaison with Managed Service Retail media partners (ex. Auto Zone Media Network, Wal-Mart Connect) to ensure ongoing optimization and success.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in eCommerce marketing; plus a minimum of 4 years hand-on-keyboard experience in retail media platforms, preferably in a fast-paced, growth industry.
- Skill mastery in executing in retail media platforms.
- Detailed knowledge of retail media account management, as well as current and evolving best practices, concepts, statistics, trends, and industry developments.
- Proven track record delivering campaigns that drive growth and revenue.
- Enthusiasm for performance marketing, new platforms, and the exciting world of eCommerce and emerging platforms.
- At least 4 years of digital performance marketing experience in e-commerce / retail search, paid search, PPC, paid social, programmatic, or related field or 3+ years managing large-scale, complex e-commerce campaigns.
- Must provide evidence of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central and Wal-Mart Connect at an expert level.
- Experience managing budgets, meeting KPIs, and informing KPI goals.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis.
- Strong personal organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Well-honed communication skills and working with agility in the rapidly evolving world of Commerce & Retail Media. Competency in the area of explaining complex ideas in simple, understandable ways.
- Competitive & Humble, paired with high levels of integrity, autonomy, accountability, and self-motivation.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and across the organization.
- Strong desire for learning and exploring new marketplace tools and platforms.
- Must be willing to work on EST.
- Up to 5 % travel to Lexington or other US locations.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience working in Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
- Amazon and Walmart certifications are preferred but work experience and a history of performance in the defined job duties are the highest priority.
- SaaS platforms (i.e. PacVue, Flywheel, Skai, etc.) and bid management platform experience are strongly preferred.
