The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial project management and be willing to commute throughout South Florida.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to commute throughout South Florida.
Pay Details : $38.00 to $48.00 per hour
