We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Specialist to join our CRM Ops & Planning team within the Audience Development team at Peacock.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to manage assets, optimize workflows, develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP's) and contribute to making a significant impact on the CRM team.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth execution of CRM campaigns and supporting the department's growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with different teams to identify CRM campaign asset requirements and submit / source asset requests.
- Project management.
- Ensure service-level agreement (SLA's) and workflows are being followed.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all project activities.
- Help manage and execute Airtable efforts.
- Develop SOP's.
- Work cross-functionally with other Audience Development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Characteristics
- Proven experience in project / asset management.
- Proficiency in using Airtable or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Sharepoint.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Characteristics
- Background in CRM
- Background in A / B testing and tracking
- Background in Entertainment
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range : $75,000 - $95,000
