Job Description : First-Rate Moving & Storage is a reputable and well-established moving company dedicated to providing exceptional moving services to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Moving Crew Leader in Windham, NH.

Responsibilities :

• Professional Moving Services : Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport household and commercial goods using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the move.
• Packing and Unpacking : Help with packing and unpacking items, ensuring they are handled with care and properly secured for transportation.
• Equipment Maintenance : Inspect, clean, and maintain moving equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with fellow team members to complete moving projects, communicating effectively and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Leadership : This position is for a Crew LEADER. You must have experience in some managerial role.
• Safety : Adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of both team members and customers during all moving tasks.
• Performance Metrics : Strive to meet and exceed performance goals to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of box truck driving experience
• Possession of a valid DOT medical card
• Must pass a drug test
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A valid driver's license is required for the Moving Company Driver role
• Proven experience and expertise in the moving industry
• A commitment to safety and a strong work ethic
• Bilingual REQUIRED (English / Spanish)
