Die Repair 2nd Shift

Must be a US Citizen orGreen Card holder.
Sign on bonus of UP TO $10000effective upon hire or conversion with the signing of a promissorynote for 1 year.
Principal Responsibilities : Repair rebuild and maintain casting and trim dies in a mannerconsistent with the original specifications operating all machinesand equipment associated with this process.
- Receive instructions and information from Team Leaderand / or Supervisor.
- Transport clean disassemblerepair and reassemble casting and trim dies using lift trucks diecleaning equipment and cranes as necessary.
- Build and replace segments cores details and parts fromblueprints using required tools or equipment.
- Draw polish or grind die cavity surfaces using requiredtools or equipment.
- Make repairs remove stuckcastings correct dimensional problems change cores and trim puncheswhile casting and trim dies are mounted on machines.
- Perform welding duties in the foundry and the Die RepairDepartment.
- Troubleshoot all productiontooling problems performing repairs and maintenance asneeded.
- Complete forms die work orderspictorials signoffs and records as directed.
- Keep work area equipment and department neat andorderly.
- Train new employees.
- Perform all other duties incidental to the safe andefficient operation of the tool and die repair department asassigned by supervision.
Skills Required
- Draw polish or grind die cavity surfaces usingrequired tools or equipment.

Experience Required
- Months of experience specific to this position(explain) Up to 2 years training required. If the employee does notmeet the minimum experience required the employee must complete 2years of onthejob training to meet this requirement.

Must be ableto perform highly skilled tasks and solve complex problems(Associates Degree trade or technical school journey personcertificate)
