Human Resources Generalist
LHH Recruitment is looking for an HR Generalist for a client in Kansas City, MO. In this role you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and contributing to various HR functions within the organization as needed including recruitment, onboarding, benefits and employee relations and engagement.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in payroll systems, preferably ADP, and a solid understanding of HR practices.
We are looking for someone to work fully on-site and paying $65-75k annually. Read for additional details and apply today if you are interested in this role!
Responsibilities :
- Conduct weekly and biweekly payroll processing using ADP.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including job postings for hourly employees.
- Manage new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and the employee termination process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
- Take on additional tasks such as attendance tracking, understanding FMLA, uniform distribution, and filing.
- Engage in employee engagement activities and contribute to the development of an engagement committee.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Payroll, Human Resources, or a related area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience processing payroll, specifically with ADP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Compensation : $65-75k annually depending on experience
