Finance Manager
Balise is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This position will require travel to different Balise stores as the need arises for training, store coverage and overall F & I support.
A successful candidate will have excellent closing skills, a customer service mindset and experience evaluating and implementing best practice F & I processes within a store.
F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. As with all positions within dealerships, F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Job Description :
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties as well as a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources and the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
- Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
Environmental & Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required

Qualifications
Skills & Requirements :
- 4+ Years of automotive sales experience and / or dealership management experience
- Strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees and vendors
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance
- Strong background in business, mathematics and sales / marketing
- Computer Savvy; ADP Experience a plus
