What you´ll do

• Manager of Product Development to lead formulation and aerosol development teams in creating cutting-edge hair care products that deliver exceptional results and elevate our brands.

As the Manager of Product Development, you will :

Manage the formulation team and external product development coordination team to support marketing plans, business objectives, and all assigned projects.

Guide team members in developing breakthrough technologies, identifying new claims, application methodologies, and market opportunities.

Ensure timely completion of product initiatives aligned with business strategy, meeting performance, quality, and cost targets.

Partner with Project Planning and Marketing to create realistic development timelines and ensure alignment across functions.

Provide training and guidance to team members on departmental procedures and technical best practices.

Allocate resources and plan workloads to support Henkel’s strategic direction and innovation pipeline and present findings to senior leadership.

Apply deep knowledge of the marketplace, trends, and competitive landscape to inform future product strategies.

Report major issues or unexpected results promptly and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

The salary for this role is $105000.00 - $120000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
