We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill an Office Clerk position for a multinational logistics company specializing in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions in Franklin Park, IL With a robust network spanning key global markets, they streamline international trade through efficient cargo management and logistics services.
You will be managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments meticulously, while ensuring clear communication with the warehouse.
Office Clerk Responsibilities :
- Manage email correspondence effectively.
- Schedule appointments with precision.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with the warehouse.
- Perform orderly clerical work to support office operations.
- Handle basic office tasks as needed.
Office Clerk Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a related industry is advantageous.
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic office duties with accuracy.
Shift : Sunday - Thursday, 3 : 00 PM to Midnight
Pay : $18 / hour
