Overview
The Project Manager (PM) Position will manage programs / projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities to include SCIFs and geographically dispersed customers, both domestic and international.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager Position will be responsible for :
- Managing the entire 430+-person Task Order services program to include subcontracts.
- Direct supervision of 18 Senior Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Site Leads.
- Leading as the primary contact for all program matters between customers, subcontractors, project leadership teams, and
- Managing the contract services’ cost, schedule, performance, and risk services.
- Managing programs / projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities to include SCIFs and geographically dispersed customers, both domestic and international.
- Providing financial management oversight for the Task Order and maintain budget guidelines and accomplishing program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to meet users’ operational
- Optimizing program / project execution processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of mission operating system.
- Meeting and communicating Task Order milestones and serving as the alternate point of contact for program / project matters for words contract or office.
- Developing and maintaining program plans and ensuring sufficient and proper personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment utilization.
- Briefing senior clients and corporate leadership on program status, successes, and challenges.
