The Role
The Institutional Support Specialist will oversee operational and new business support functions within the Institutional Division, including coordinating, assisting, and supporting the management of current clients and the development of new relationships, possibly involving credit union collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for 401K plans.
- Manage routine client checklists.
- Stay informed on policies and procedures relevant to 401K plans.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA and other regulations.
- Serve as the main contact for participant requests, such as distributions, account updates, and investment-related inquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to participant phone calls, resolving issues effectively.
- Track and follow up on participant requests.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and partnership materials.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for reviews, proposals, and management reports for new and existing accounts.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in 401(k) administration, financial planning, or wealth management.
- Basic understanding of administrative and operational processes within a professional office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Self-driven, capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
- Background checks for credit and criminal history will be conducted on all applicants.
