Facility Maintenance Technician

Schedule : 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $26 per hour + $1.50 shift differential

Key Responsibilities :

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and powered industrial systems.
• Changes batteries on powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Conducts calibrations, alignments, and various building maintenance and repairs.
• Responds to maintenance requests promptly and troubleshoots basic operational issues.
• Completes accurate daily maintenance reports and follows safety policies and procedures.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, including electrical testing devices.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and resource-efficient work environment.
