Payroll leaders - our north Nashville client has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Payroll Manager / Director. This will be a player / coach position responsible for managing exceptions, reviewing exception reports, correcting payroll transactions through voiding checks / stop payments, processing payroll, reconciling payroll activity, garnishments and garnishment account analysis, and various escalations from the payroll team.
Requirements :
- Must have experience leading and contributing to the daily payroll functions for mid-size to enterprise organizations ($300MM in annual revenue)
- Demonstrated track record of managing exceptions, garnishments, and processing payroll
- Oracle or Lawson experience is highly preferred, otherwise proven experience with other large Payroll / HRIS systems is required ( UKG, Workday)
- Must be local to middle TN area as a partial on-site presence is required
- This is a contract / interim opportunity
