Adroit Advanced Technologies, Inc. Responsibility Profile :
- Create strategic plan for assigned territory identifying key targets while leveraging current client success
- Accurately forecast and communicate new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Sales Development Rep to map out targets and set discovery meetings
- Ability to navigate a complex sales cycle with many stakeholders
- Understand the landscape of clients needs both regionally and individually
- Develop new business pipeline and close deals to meet and exceed projected revenue targets
- Work cross functionally with multiple departments identifying opportunities and communicating challenges
- Full account lifecycle management
- Build brand awareness through networking and participation in local events and conferences
- Grow revenue through identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts
- Creative problem solving to overcome blockers and expedite sales process
- CRM accountability
- Contract negotiation
- Travel required 40% - 50%
Qualifications :
- Five (5) years of progressive sales or business development experience while continually meeting or exceeding quota
- College degree (BA, BS) in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of transportation industry
- CRM experience
