Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist in the preparation and management of board meetings and other executive-level events.

Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.

Support special projects and initiatives as required by the executive team.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is highly preferred.

Education : Bachelors

Qualifications :

Bachelor?s degree required.

Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or high-level executive.
