Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
- Tw o years of Long-Term Care experience in Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator is preferred
- Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
- Coordinate interviews for potential new staff with recruiting team and department heads
- Monitor employee retention
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Maintain records of call outs, tardiness and early arrivals
- Onboarding of new hires and organizing orientations
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Any other duties as assigned
Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator Schedules & Benefits :
- Schedule : Full Time, Weekend Requirement : Manager on Duty Rotation, and On-call as needed
