Legal Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a legal organization in Central Phoenix. This company is in search of a full time administrative assistant to join their team.
This job is long term contract for now, but does have potential to turn into something more permanent for the right individual.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, mostly hybrid. You will be required to work 1-2 days a week in the Phoenix office.
The hourly rate is between $20 / hr-$25 / hr DOE.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within the legal industry is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
