JOB SUMMARY :

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Director reports to the VP, Marketing & eCommerce. This role will support the development of the Kay Jewelers digital strategy and lead end to end execution of the site to grow the profitability of the business.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

Education Required : Bachelor's Degree

Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience :

10+ years of professional work experience, preferably with experience managing e-commerce projects and user experience.

Technical / Other Skills Required :

  • Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker with proven success delivering best in class digital and omni-channel customer experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills - Able to collaborate effectively and drive alignment across teams using a broad range of influence styles to drive desired results
  • Proven experience in leading teams including providing direction, understanding resource capability and successfully driving results working with internal or external resources
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and to manage cross-functional business partners who are not direct line reports
  • Able to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
