Digital Marketing Director
LHH is looking for a Digital Experience Director to join our client's team. This candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that spans email, web, social media, and online advertising channels.

Responsibilities :
- Design and implement a cohesive digital strategy that integrates email marketing, web presence, social media, and online advertising.
- Oversee the development, management, and execution of email and web campaigns.
- Maintain a compelling online experience to drive engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the digital strategy aligns with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Utilize email marketing and lead nurturing to enhance marketing automation processes and improve campaign performance.
- Leverage web analytics to monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital channels.
- Deliver accurate and insightful analysis of digital channel performance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience.
- MUST have experience with HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
The role is contract and hybrid in Dallas, Texas.
