Engineering Project Manager

Duration : 6 Months Contract Job Description : Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering projects from conception through to completion.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a solid background in engineering, project management, and team leadership to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities : Program Execution : Drive the successful completion of well-defined projects and processes, ensuring timely delivery of team objectives.

Stakeholder Alignment : Foster collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and addressing challenges.

Program Governance : Support established program governance frameworks, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Program Planning : Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining phases, tasks, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Process Execution : Efficiently execute existing team-level projects and processes, working closely with experienced program managers.

Progress Monitoring : Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures.Communication : Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Data Management : Centralize project information, including stakeholders, plans, objectives, tasks, risks, schedules, and dependencies.

Objective Prioritization : Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project objectives, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.

Task Estimation : Estimate task durations and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.Schedule Alignment : Ensure project schedules and dependencies are coordinated to support project objectives.

Experience : Experience in Communication Management, Execution and Governance, Planning, Stakeholder Management.Experience in handling cross functional teams consisting of business and technical resources.

Experience using various project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tailoring the approach for program success.

Experience with Mobile applications.Security / privacy background, standards participation / development. Skills : Project ManagementTechnical WritingCommunication ManagementSecurity / PrivacyMobile applications Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related any field.
