WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You'll have a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, between 8 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility within these hours.
As our Forklift Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service division. From scheduling and dispatching forklift mechanics to training and supporting our field team, you'll lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
You'll oversee invoicing processes and handle customer inquiries, ensuring all service activities are documented accurately.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic
- 1 year of experience in field service
- Good people skills and a customer-comes-first attitude
- Strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Factory training
- Experience working in an industrial or plant environment as a mechanic OR formal automotive training (trade school or ASE)
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
