Provide strategic and operational oversight for the NYU Dentistry Translational Research Center and NYU Oral Cancer Center.
Primary responsibilities of this position include :
- Supervise all clinical and clinical research operations housed in the NYU Translational Research Center and NYU Oral Cancer Center;
- Develop and ensure adherence to research study protocols, operational policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines;
- Develop, enhance, and ensure integrity of all clinical research data;
- Develop and supervise full-time research staff;
- Oversee financial management of clinical research studies.
Qualifications
Required Education : Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education :
Master's Degree in Clinical Research or relevant biomedical sciences
Required Experience :
7+ years in clinical research management; experience in supervising research personnel in an academic or research environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :
Excellent interpersonal, written, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population at all levels.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as databases. Knowledge of clinical and research-based systems including Research Navigator, Redcap Database, Axium, Epic.

Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $117,000.00 to USD $157,000.
