Primary Care / Concierge Medicine
- Full-time Primary Care / Concierge Medicine doctor
- 4-Day Work week option available
- Recruiting for multiple California locations
- 3 locations : North of Sacramento (Rocklin), South San Francisco, and San Jose
- Base range starts at $275,000 and Depends on Experience and bonus opportunities
- EMR is for Direct Primary Care and easy to use
- Maximum patient panel is 1000 patients per doctor
- Average of 8 to 10 appointments per day
- 30 + paid days of time off per year
- Generous Benefits package including paid medical Health insurance and has a 401K
- Must be able to see patients of all ages and do skin biopsies
- Each doctor will have 2 CMAs with involvement in the hiring and screening of those positions
