Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Writer to collaborate with SMEs, system administrators, and the technology team to build and manage detailed documentation on systems and processes.
This role will involve updating the company’s systems procedure guide end-to-end and creating new documentation as services are released.
The candidate will work on their laptop and occasionally assess processes on the floor.
Responsibilities :
- Create process flows, charts, and visuals for complex technical processes related to ERP, PLM, and Analytics Dashboards.
- Document technical processes in detail, ensuring clarity and accuracy for application steps.
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to update and create system documentation.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure consistency and accuracy in technical materials.
- Suggest best practices and optimizations for content generation projects.
- Develop precise and engaging knowledge base articles, collaborating with technical communicators.
- Ensure technical documents meet project specifications and communicate accurate messaging.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
