Rate : $65-100 / hr DOE

Clutch is looking for an award-winning Creative Director with experiential agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and guide the creative direction of experiential projects, ensuring they align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Partner with clients to understand their objectives and target audience, translating these insights into impactful experiential concepts.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate original and innovative ideas for experiential projects.
  • Oversee the design and production of experiential elements, including physical environments, interactive installations, and digital components.
  • Manage creative teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with producers and project managers to ensure seamless execution of experiential projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into experiential projects.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in an experiential marketing or advertising agency required.
  • Experience in the entertainment or music industry or with BIG brand partnerships required!
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful experiential projects.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage creative teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and production processes.
  • Enthusiasm for creating innovative and immersive experiences.
