Full time position as a Personal / Team Assistant.
The overall goal is to support the principal and colleagues with everyday administrative tasks and errand running. You will primarily work with the CEO's Executive Assistant organising the CEO's private and business engagements.
The candidate must be eager to learn, obliging, proactive, flexible, and willing to take on the smallest of tasks as well as more significant challenges.
The role is based in Dallas, Texas with some possible travel. You must be based in Dallas, Texas.
Hours are M-F 9am - 6pm, with out of hours as is required as a Personal Assistant. You will be expected to go to the principals home every morning at 9am to check the post, walk through of the house, liaise with any contractors.
If contractors come early, you will start earlier. Role is based at the Principals home. There is a large renovation to begin at the principals home and the new assistant will be expected to manage and oversee all contractors.
Experience as a house manager is a plus.
Candidate must be :
- Fluent / good level of Spanish - (Desirable or willing to learn will not be accepted. You will be expected to liaise in Spanish from your first day)
- Be able to travel within the United States and internationally
- Flexible and positive attitude - Last minute travel
- Full Driving Licence
- Must have prior experience as a Personal Assistant in a Family Office. Heavy diary management across multiple time zones, basic book keeping, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be based in Dallas, Texas (Moving to Dallas will not be accepted)
