Join as a Sales Associate in our dynamic Business Development Program! We’re on the lookout for ambitious, entry-level sales professionals ready to jumpstart their careers in the staffing industry, focusing on I.

T., Engineering, and Science & Clinical sectors.

Essential Functions

Starting Fall 2024, you’ll embark on a structured, fully paid training program onsite at our Waltham, MA office. Gain hands-on experience in staffing and consulting through classroom training, job-shadowing and real-world business activities.

As the program enters different phases this will become a hybrid (2-3 days / week onsite) opportunity.

Requirements

• Specific interest in sales and new business development within professional services and staffing.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and / or hybrid at a local office; no fully remote candidates will be considered.
• 6-ish months-3-ish years working in a corporate setting via professional experience, internships and / or prior employment is preferred.
• Specific interest in a Base Salary Plus compensation model, where commission and performance bonuses make up a significant component of your income.
• Flexibility to learn a variety software platforms quickly and efficiently in support of professional activities.
• Academic, internship and / or professional sales / business development experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelors Degree is preferred. Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communication majors preferred, but any fields will be considered.

Relevant life experience, in lieu of a completed degree, will also be considered.

• Academic or professional exposure to recruiting elements of corporate HR is a plus.
• Ability to proactively promote organization to support our customer base.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including multi-tasking within a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Must be a goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
