Supports interior design project meetings and space planning. Participates in site surveys to develop finishes and furniture plans, and helps in monitoring installations.
Job Responsibility
- Assists in the development of preliminary plans, design concepts, finishes plans, floor patterns, furniture plans, and develop renderings.
- Helps in coordinating the solicitation and review of furniture quotes, document finish schedules, and spreadsheets.
- Maintains materials library, requests and returns finished samples, produce and organizes presentation / finish boards.
- Assists in maintaining finishes / furniture standards, schedules and boards, along with general office duties.
- Assists design staff and project managers with miscellaneous selections finishes / furniture and product information.
- Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
- Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferred.
- Experience in healthcare interior design, preferred.
