Self Enhancement, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Administrator to provide exceptional support to our CEO.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively.
In this critical role, you will partner directly with the CEO to manage their calendar, schedule, anticipate needs, handle a variety of confidential tasks, and ensure seamless daily operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
Creates and manages CEO’s Weekly Task List, in order of priority, and sends reminders
Manage confidential documents and information.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, data research, and other materials as needed.
Oversee the CEO's office operations, ensuring CEO meets deadlines and continues correspondence
Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, follow ups, letters, and presentations.
Documents direct reports accomplishments (for RAVE)
Arrange and manage logistics for travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and coordinate with CEO’s family calendar.
Other duties as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including taking concepts- written or verbal and turn it into smart and concise documents (Word, Canva, Excel).
Discretion and professionalism essential.
Must have excellent presentation skills to include individual, small and large group formats.
Ability to work independently.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Ability to remain solution-focused and respective in all interactions with staff.
Advanced computer experience, including M365.
Ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data, trends and statistics.
