Environmental Manager - Marshall, MN
Job Summary
Lead the environmental engineering technical support in the day-to-day operation of a wet corn milling production facility that produces a diversified line of food ingredients, ethanol, corn oil and animal feed. This includes using technical knowledge and skills to partner with employees at all levels to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations by applying for new and modified permits, updating environmental programs, developing engineering solutions, and functioning as a strong advocate concerning environmental matters to enable ADM to be proactive in meeting environmental responsibilities. Position also responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the plant's Environmental Management System (EMS).

Working Conditions
The scope of the position may have exposure to and use of chemicals, solvents, and cleaners that may be hazardous and / or cause injury if specific instructions regarding their mixture, use, and disposal / storage are not properly followed.
Spring / Summer : Temperatures in some areas of the facility will be up to or exceed 100 degrees
Spring / Summer : Outside temperature may be up to or exceed 100 degrees with potential for high humidity. May be exposed to inclement weather conditions including, but not limited to, rain and wind.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between :
$92,800.00 - $173,600.00
