Job Title : Manager, Workforce Insights & Planning

What You'll Do
- Support creating the governance mechanism for workforce planning.
- Conduct research and analyze workforce trends and projections to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct workforce assessments, develop and deliver comprehensive workforce plans that support business goals, and address talent shortages.
- Provide recommendations on current and future workforce needs and related mitigation strategies.
- Assists with data views by developing models and scenarios to project requirements based on business goals and objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to inform staffing, hiring, and other decisions to improve operational efficiency.
- Create and deliver standard and ad hoc reports on key workforce metrics, including attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Monitor and report on workforce-related metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce planning
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, development, or analysis
- Proven experience in analyzing workforce trends and developing action plans to align the workforce with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems to manage and analyze employee data effectively.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Great team player with clients and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset in challenging circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
