The RN Triage Nurse is a professional nurse who provides nursing care to the patients at The Ohio State University Total Health and Wellness , a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
The RN Triage Nurse assesses and analyzes patient data to identify actual and potential problems or needs, documents and prioritizes patient goals and interventions, develops and facilitates an individualized, comprehensive, and evidence-based plan of care in collaboration with the care team, patient, and caregivers to optimize the patient’s treatment, care, and functional outcomes.
The RN Triage Nurse notifies providers of their patients’ urgent or emergent needs in an appropriate, accurate, and timely manner.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Allied Health or other clinically related field. Registered Nurse. 0 years of relevant experience required.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
