Description :

  • Develops and documents A / P processes.
  • Manages the day-to-day accounts payable functions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing specific accounts payable operations, such as : invoice research and follow-up, problem documentation and standardization of input.
  • Prepares monthly reconciliations for bank statements.
  • Prepares entries and spreadsheets for intercompany transfers from other divisions.
  • Ensure Accounts Payables are entered in a timely manner into the ERP system.
  • Responsible for the calculation, tracking, submission, and payment of Third-Party Commissions and maintains commission tables within the ERP System.
  • Individual communicates with other departments and with vendors regarding our position on relevant issues.
  • Maintains payment and contract files.
  • Works closely with department heads, other employees, and vendors to resolve any issues to ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Assists accounting department and other departments with other projects as needed.
