Description :
- Develops and documents A / P processes.
- Manages the day-to-day accounts payable functions.
- Monitoring and analyzing specific accounts payable operations, such as : invoice research and follow-up, problem documentation and standardization of input.
- Prepares monthly reconciliations for bank statements.
- Prepares entries and spreadsheets for intercompany transfers from other divisions.
- Ensure Accounts Payables are entered in a timely manner into the ERP system.
- Responsible for the calculation, tracking, submission, and payment of Third-Party Commissions and maintains commission tables within the ERP System.
- Individual communicates with other departments and with vendors regarding our position on relevant issues.
- Maintains payment and contract files.
- Works closely with department heads, other employees, and vendors to resolve any issues to ensure timely payment to vendors
- Assists accounting department and other departments with other projects as needed.
